I tested...

It looked pretty negative to me, but just to be insanely annoying, there is the faintest of a line. My husband says it looks positive to him. I used the Early First Response kind. I don't know if it's just the pink that's where the line would be or what, it's kind of deep in the window. I also know there wasn't a lot to test with, but the control line came up pretty fast so I'm betting it was enough. I'll test again tomorrow morning, but I'm pretty sure it's a negative. Maybe. Dammit.

Yesterday, I was all strong thinking I'd just wait until Friday after work because I didn't want to feel down, but today I just wanted to know, one way or another. I had this conversation with my coworker about moving furniture (because for the fun of it, I'm moving classrooms again), and she yelled at me that I couldn't move them! And then I told my husband and he yelled at me for even considering it. Um, so yes, moving desks made me test. That's my excuse. Makes sense, right?

I did not have a whole lot riding on this one single frozen embryo. Usually we transfer three, and just doing the one and it being frozen, and frozen's seeming to be less successful. Not that I won't be very sad if this doesn't work out, but I know I will be ready for a fresh cycle as soon as possible.

You are all invited over to my house tonight to deliberate over whether the pee stick has a line or not, seeing as how you are experts!

My beta is Saturday.

I always just waited for the beta. Couldn't stand to try to interpret the pee sticks myself. Saturday will be here soon, though!!

Those damn pee sticks never did me a bit of good. There was more than once that I was in fact pregnant and got a solid negative result. Completely stressful and heartbreaking.

I will be holding out some hope for you until Saturday. For now I agree with your husband, stay away from desk moving!

I was hoping you'd post a picture of it and I could analyze it too. If your beta is on Saturday does that mean that you are only 11dpo? If so at this point I'd say any line no matter how faint is a good sign. I didn't POAS until beta day because I couldn't stand the "limbo land" test. I'll be waiting for your update.

I still have one more week after this one of work- ugh!

I should let you know...I have been checking my google reader religiously at work this week waiting for you to post that you POAS. Thanks for not keeping secrets this time!

Well. You never know. If I may say, however, I have never ever seen even the faintest of anything on a First Respose test...just to say, you never know....faint could be something....

Good luck...and hang in there. This waiting stuff is the hardest part.

I think even something faint this early could be a good sign!

We need a pic!! I will tell you that in all my first response tests I never saw even the beginning of a second line except for the times that the trigger shot was in my system. But you didn't have a hcg shot right because this was a fet? I was the type that would let them sit for hours...took them apart and held up to the light and still nothing. Hoping for good news!

I'm holding out for Saturday's beta.

((hugs))

If there is a line AT ALL even the hint of a line, it means there is some HCG in there. I thik you should test again tomorrow. :D

Test again in 48 hours :)

And post the pee stick so we can all see - you do still have it???

Morning or afternoon pee can make a difference. I bet this morning it's darker. I'll be waiting to hear the news. Hang in there.

Post a pic. I think you are pregnant.

My first time here, but I thought I would weigh in! My first positive HPT was very faint. So faint I threw it away because I didn't see it in the dim morning light of the bathroom. I tested every day and the line got darker and showed up more quickly though that was not the case at first (8dp3dt). Please post a picture!!!

Even if you saw the faintest line, that is a positive, right? You are still a couple days away from beta. Have hope. :-D

Argh. Peesticks can be so evil this way. Hang in there, my friend - Saturday is only two sleeps away.

Oh, I've played this game! ;) I think *something* could be something. I'd wait another day and test again, but that's just me. I am holding out hope that you will see a little bit more on the next one!

Oh that would drive me crazy.....hoping for the best.

I've never seen a pos preg test - the one time I was pregnant they checked me at the clinic, but I've always read that even a faint pink line can mean positive. I'm hoping for you!!!

Ahh---I hate that you are in this awful wait and not feeling hopeful. I'm a hoping that things turn around and you get an unmistakable second line the next time you test.

Post a picture of another test and we'll all analyze it! Also, if I were you, I'd get the tests that SAY "pregnant"! No more fussing over those stupid lines!!

Good luck to you- I think it's still early though, so WAIT til Saturday!!

I'll bring the chocolate cream pie and a voluminous mumu to disguise myself, in case the jury finds the line not present.

Oh, please be positive, beta!
